Our Company:

Texas Aquatic Harvesting Inc. (TAH) offers aquatic vegetation removal services on a contract basis.  Jim Vaughan founded the company in 1995, but our Kelpin Aquatic Weed Harvesters have been around for over three decades. TAH offers a fleet of harvesting equipment, enabling us to better meet the needs of our clients.  TAH manufactures and operates the largest aquatic weed harvesters in the world.

Kelpin Aquatic Weed Harvesters were originally designed and built by the late Mr. Tom Kelpin.  Mr. Kelpin was in the aquatic industry for over 30 years, and put all of his experience into the equipment that bears his name.  The largest, most durable and efficient equipment available today, Kelpin Aquatic Weed Harvesters are currently operated and manufactured by Texas Aquatic Harvesting Inc.

(TAH)  has an assortment of harvesting equipment that enables us to meet a wide variety of needs for aquatic weed control and related services.  We professionally perform: the harvesting of floating tussocks, or floating mud islands. We do specialty dredging services on lakes, canals and ponds as well as scraping the heavy muck and tree formations from the shorelines and lake bottoms. We perform canal and land clearing in conjunction with  the dewatering of lakes, ponds, and the removal of hydrilla and water hyacinth.  With our broad range of equipment sizes and capabilities, Texas Aquatic Harvesting Inc., can meet whatever aquatic harvesting needs you may have.

We are located in the heart of Florida, in Polk county, enabling us to service the entire state from this centrally located point that is surrounded by the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes on one side, the Green Swamp on the other and the Everglades Park to its South.
